The wheel chock was tested on 21.12.1995 by the TÜV-Südwest under test report 18 10 05 1266 for appropriate strength.The test of the wheel chock was carried out in accordance with the guideline (DIN76051 Part 1 - status Nov. 1992)
>Application area:On motor vehicles and trailers with a static wheel load of max. 800 kg (axle load 1,600 kg) and a static tyre radius of max. 295 mm.The approxDimensions are L x W x H = 222mm x 99mm x 90mm According to § 41 STVZO trailers over 750 kg permissible gross weight and motor vehicles over 4000 kg permissible gross weight require 2 wheel chocks.The wheel chocks must be safe to handle and sufficiently effective.They must be mounted in or on the vehicle in an easily accessible manner with brackets that prevent them from being lost and rattling. The effectiveness of the wheel chocks according to " 41 STVZO must be checked by the vehicle manufacturer (18% up and downhill at unladen weight and permissible gross weight).
